It is also about physical movement, breathing, spontaneity, flexibility and creativity. Thus, the workshop is composed of a varied mix of simple, playful and creative exercises.
What's an ideal group size for a laughter-workshop?
There should be at least 6 participants to create a certain group dynamic. There is no maximum number of participants in this sense. The content of the workshop is individually tailored to the size of the group.
How long does a workshop take?
In principle, the duration of the workshop can be adapted to the conditions of the event. From a minimum of 1 hour to a full day, depending on how much time you want to devote to the topic of laughter & humor and what the goal of the workshop is.

Does it need a special infrastructure?
No, a laughter workshop does not require any special infrastructure. Ideally, the workshop should take place in a closed room so that no one outside the workshop is disturbed and the participants do not feel distracted or observed. There should also be seating for all participants. Beamer, flipchart or whiteboard and music system are optimal but not mandatory. Of course, it is also possible to conduct the workshop in nature, if desired.

I attach great importance to designing the workshop in such a way that it feels appropriate for as many participants as possible. However, the laughter workshop requires participants to engage in an interactive and entertaining activity. If the company culture does not allow for this, or some team members are unable or unwilling to laugh for various reasons, a laughter workshop may not be ideal.
